* Removal of pests, bodily fluids, chemical waste, excessive mold, or biohazards
* Post-fire or smoke damage cleaning, including heavy cigarette, vaping, or cannabis smoke odors
* Cleaning of exterior windows, patios, or garages
* Cleaning under heavy furniture or appliances that require lifting or moving

What does home cleaning cost?

Our residential cleaning rate starts at $59 per hour per cleaner, including all cleaning supplies, with a minimum booking of 3 hours. Office and commercial cleaning services are priced between $59–$69 per hour per cleaner, also with a 3-hour minimum. We offer discounts on recurring services, ranging from 2.5% to 10%, depending on frequency (daily, weekly/bi-weekly, or monthly). For out-of-city services, a one-time travel fee of $1.00 per km (with return) applies, calculated downtown to downtown. Taxes are applied to all services.

Can I get an estimate without an in-person visit?

Yes. We provide estimates by online form, phone, text, or email using a detailed questionnaire. While estimates are time-based, this process allows us to give accurate pricing without physically visiting your home in advance.

How long will it take to clean my home?

Cleaning time depends on the size, condition, and scope of work. After reviewing your needs, we’ll provide an estimated time frame during the initial consultation.

No. Many clients provide access and instructions and return once the cleaning is complete. You’re welcome to stay if you prefer—our team will always respect your home and privacy.

Are you pet-friendly?

Absolutely. We’re experienced with pets and use pet-safe, eco-friendly products. Please let us know if your pet needs any special care or instructions.

How do I schedule a cleaning?
